Hello, TardHunter here, player since the beta and I like to win. We all do. And wins are brought by good decks. After getting legend and reaching the homepag here on hearthpwn with my Patron deck (http://www.hearthpwn.com/decks/504074-legend-12-2-patron-wog) I wanted to play something else and asked myself which one was the best deck back in the day? Secret Paladin. People think that after Blizzard removed Naxx and GvG, nobody will play Secret Paladin in Standard. Well they are wrong, because I am one crazy motherfu*ker and I think I made s very strong deck, judging from my whooping winrate with it(* from rank 16 after reset to rank 10 with only 7 losses.  This deck is a variation between aggro and midrange, also having an arsenal of secrets that worked pretty well for me in this first day of the new season.

Mulligan: Try to find Huge Toad, Flame Juggler, Secret Keeper and Aldor or Harvest Golem if they can be played on curve (dont keep both).

Don't keep secrets in hand (You can keep Noble Sacrifice vs Hunter, Shaman and Zoo if you already have a good hand and prefferably Secret Keeper).

Keep Truesilver vs Rogue and Druid and Consacration vs Hunter and zoo ONLY if you have the COIN and a good curve already. You can keep Mysterious Challenger if you have the coin vs Druid and Warrior and you also have a nice hand.

It is SOMETIMES a good ideea to keep Divine Favor vs Warrior and Priest, You must have a good, fast hand to do that. Also, you can sometimes keep Repetenance vs control if you have Secretkeeper but it is a very risky play

Shaman

Well, if he is full aggro, the matchup is around 45% winrate for you. Aggro Shaman was a bad matchup for Secret Pally and if you see only aggro Shaman, expect some losses. However, if he is midrange, you have some chances to seal the game fast until he develops his board. Midrange Shaman doesn't have a strong early game and you can beat him with Dr. 6

 Paladin

You will most probably play aganist N'Zoth Paladin. If he doesn't draw his Equality you should be fine. Look for a powerful starting hand, as it is the key to victory. This matchup is depending on who draws better, around 60-40 for the N'Zoth Paladin. Just hope you don't find many.

 Warrior

C'thun or Patron, you destroy them. Look for an early Secret Keeper with Noble Sac and Knife Juggler. The Control Warrior has only one Brawl now and you can pressure him quite well. Patron is even easier, not having Deathbite being a huge thing. Control is around 65-35 for you and vs Patron you usually have a 70% winrate or even more. You can keep Divine Favor if you have a good hand.

 Druid

C'thun or Ramp Druid, you destroy both. You must apply constant pressure and play around swipe. Try to make smart trades vs their C'thun cards and play on curve so they can not out tempo you. Should be easy, the druid matchup is around 65-35.

 Rogue

Usually insta win. They need really good Sap turns and a perfect curve to beat you. Moreover, the Rogue players are quote bad, as it is a hard class to play. I would say that this matchup is Paladin favoured, around 70% winrate. If he plays N'Zoth Rogue, use the silence on a powerful deathrattle of his.

 Zoo

Zoo can be really hard to beat. If you see many Zoo decks consider using a second Consacration. You must trade very well with the zoo player or he will outrace you. However, you got the tools to do that with Jugglers and Harvest Golem that can get Redemption triggered. This matchup is 50-50, zoo favoured, maybe even 45-55.

 Hunter(Smorcsar)

Face hunter is quite dead in standard. However, if you meet them, you should be fine. They will not melt you as fast as they used to and you can out tempo them. Midrange Hunter is in your favour unless he draws really really well. You got the tools to respond to his threats. Use Spellbreaker on his Infested Wolf, Houndmaster Taunt or on the Highmane. Care at turn 8 Call of the Wild, as it can turn games upside down.

 Priest

Anduin has no fuc*ing chance. You destroy him. If he doesn't draw Entomb or SW on time. Around 80% winrate for this one. Beware though Aoe combo early on, so don't overextend
