Since the release of Whispers, I have struggled to hit legend. Whether its been due to all of the new cards and my unrelenting need to try all of the new possible decks, or the lack of time that I've had to play the game recently due to finishing university, I do not know, but what I DO know is that after a few days of bouncing between rank 2 and 1 star, and rank 1 with 5 stars- this is the deck that I used to make the final push. I'm not sure why, but it works. Really really well.

The idea of the deck is to use the cheap spells to survive and maintain against aggro, or to draw with auctioneer against control. This is a very versatile deck and therefor IS skill heavy, don't expect to pick it up and just start winning games if you've never played a deck like this before. But it is a lot of fun, devastating for your opponent when played well, and... It's got Yogg in it for Pete's sake. What more could you want from a deck!?

So before this question gets asked, Why YoggA Yogg cast after a tonne of spells generally does two things. It clears the board, and draws you a bunch of cards. It sometimes does these things AND builds you a board, with cards like stand against darkness, call of the wild, and secrets and it rarely discards your whole hand. (Seriously, without Astral Communion, Yogg would be at least twice as good/reliable as it is now). You need to know when to play Yogg, and this i something which you just learn over time. It's a last ditch effort when your opponent is about to win anyways, and a method of drawing cards if your hand is running dry. It is not a late game win condition and should not be played if your about to enter fatigue... Unless you're going to lose anyway, in which case, go ahead. (As a side note, I did win a game a few weeks ago by casting yogg while my opponent had sylvanus on the board. He stole the Yogg and Yogg fatigued my opponent.)

Card choices and replacements: coming soon

I don't want to sit here and claim that the deck is perfect, I'm sure it can easily be refined, and I will make it my objective to do that over the next few days. I am open to suggestions in the comments here or even better, if you stop by my stream ( http://twitch.tv/falconepunch55 - I am live every day ) you can make your suggestion and witness me try  it first hand!

Matchups and mulligand: Coming soon

Again, I've only played around 40 games with this deck, and not all of them have been tracked. I will publish stats when I collect some more of them. I can tell you so far that the worst matchup is Control Warrior, the only deck where I have 0 wins and 2 losses, as, similarly with freeze mage, it is just almost impossible to deal the damage needed to kill him.

MVP

Finally I want to note that some of the most valuable cards in the deck have actually been Raven Idol and Wild Growth. Both of these cards perform incredibly well with both Gadgetzan auctioneer and YoggSaron, as both essentially give you two spells for the prize of one. (You probably almost always want to grab a spell with Raven Idol, I don't think I've chosen a minion once)

Okay guys, thanks for reading. As usual, if people like this deck, then I'll expand upon this guide with videos and more information and stats, but one more time. I'll read and (try to) respond to all of the comments on the deck guide, but do come by and hang out with me on stream- http://twitch.tv/falconepunch55
