Lol not only is this deck a mess but also the premise behind it. Freeze isn't meant to be aggro but the exact opposite, stall the game via freeze spells and win in later turns. If u want to play more aggro or more minions then play tempo Mage. 

I commend u for trying something "different", but conflicting deck strategies isn't a good idea. 

Aggro freeze mage is well known type. In past it was good and fun and played by such famous players as LoughingHS and LBYS.

But Mad Scientists are essential for this deck. Without loaded ice block it is impossible to win. Without Mad Scientisits chances to get Ice Block are too small.

I have no idea how to play this deck

Start off playing like Tempo Mage. Try to push face damage and control the board enough so that you can continue to push face damage. If board presence is lost, playing like Freeze Mage. Stall long enough to draw and use enough burn damage to win.

Try a Cult Sorcerer instead. 

The contingency for this deck is drawing and getting huge amounts of burst damage via Fireball, Roaring Torch, Frostbolt, and Ice Lance.
