Hi everybody! It's Guto here :)

 

I'm a golden shaman player since before tgt (no love shaman age) and I'm tired with the path of our beloved Doomhammer user has take (no problem if you like to play with face shamans :D). Even if this deck can't get enough power to be a laddering deck I guarantee that its a cool one.

SEASON 26: Trying to improve my crusher list, I finally take courage and leave the list to make some fun on the meta. I'm still surprise after climb 7-4 in a 8w-1l. Obviously THAT its not a good sample to say this deck its good or not, but it was funny beat some shamans and miracle rougues with this list. (update: before that sequence I lost 3 matches so I re-think about some updates).

Im working in this list since the launch of wog but just now i think the list can be a good thing! I will have no more time to play this month on ladder, but if gets some upvotes i can write a good guide for you. Ps.: and help to improve even more the list, together we can put shamanistic power at a new level ;) not only on the face :D

THE PLAN OF THE GAME

Put pressure on the board if possible, if not, adopt a full control instance and try to get valor with your board clears, taunt minions and off course your Ancestral Spirit. Use some minions to get attention of your enemy removals to play safe this spell. AND DON’T FORGET your main advantage is that your oponente doesn't know what’s playing against.

CARD CHOICES AND EXPLANATION

  • Earth Shock: a cheap removal with a great potencial to counter some craziest Edwin Van Cleef and other buffs. AND it’s a fuel for our OLD GOD. Ahh and now it’s the best silence tool.
  • Ancestral Spirit: with silence nerf, this card can do some incredible combos. This with the Earth Elemental are the essence of the deck (so the name). In the addition to the combo with elemental, Flamewrether Faceless it’s the target for this spell, but there are some other options in desperate ocasions like Hallazeal and Fire elemental.
  • Eternal Sentinel: 2x Lava Shock isn’t enough for our 10 overload cards soo ne copy of this it’s very usefull.
  • Totem Golem: This deck can put some pressure over the board, so this totem it’s important for this and to help to reduce the Thing from below cost. Mulligan for this most of the time.
  • Elemental Destruction: Our main board clear. Keep this in your hand to increase the valor with amazing combos. Almost full healing with the Hallazeal.
  • Feral Spirit: A way to help against agro decks. Fuel to our GOD. But I don’t have certainty yet.
  • Hex: Best removal, no comments.
  • Lightning Storm: Board Clear, it’s a control deck so keep one in your initial hand against zoo, and other agro decks.
  • Tuskarr Totemic: Help to put pressure early on the board. With help can summon a Mana Tide Totem =D and synergy with Thing from Below. Mulligan for this most of the time.
  • Flamewreathed Faceless: Not only usefull for agro =D, this monstruosity it is as good as the Elementals. Most of time its a perfect target for ancestral spirit. Can be played like a bait for your enemy removals so you can put your AS with more safety. You can mulligan for this some times.
  • Earth Elemental: Our beloved elemental =D. Without BGH he can shine again. The main target for AS. And much of time our main win condition if comboed properly. Save, if possible, a unlock card for the heavy overload.
  • Hallazeal the Ascended: With Elemental Destruction our ultimate healling tool. But works good with Lightning Storm. In many matches I use him as a bait for some removals (its risky but works nice) and have a little synergy with Lava shock.
  • Hammer of Twilight: Its a good for control. But I don’t have sure if have a slot for this. (sad because I love this card =D)
  • Fire Elemental: A versatile card, big body and help you in the late game. But it can be replaced in a near future.
  • Thing from Below: This card its awesome. You never play this with 5 mana. A solid body to help against agro decks. And to do some big swings with board clears.
  • Emperor Thaurissan: Its amazing what this card can do. Some incredible plays is due to it. Help to reduce your mana to do combos like Hallazeal+ED+Unlock Mana. And normally a bait for removals.
  • Yogg-Saron, Hope's End: Ahhh now we’ll have some fun!! 14 spell are good enough to use this GOD of CHAOS. But a mistake you shoud avoid its to use him like a win condition. 5 Spells its good enough to play him. Almost of the time you will get some craziest valor of him (card draw too). I’m counting and I’ll report after a while the statistcs about good/bad this card is when played.

Maybe I will write a mulligan guide, vídeos and some possible replacements and possible cards to improve the list like Sylvanas, Ragnaros and others.
