I have a really great experience with this deck so far.
There is not enought (good) spells in standart format to run Malygos. In most cases Alexstrasa will deal immediate damage to opponent, unlike Malygos wich you need to combo with spells.
Decided to try this deck out and must say it is pretty strong as long as you mulligan well. I've tried renolock as well this season but I think this dragonlock is a lot more consistent. (Soulfire always discards Alexstrasza though, be warned). Mulligan isn't as difficult as it may seem. Just think about what the other class is going to play and keep the early game that helps you control that. You basically just play it like the old Malylock but using minions plus Alex (sometimes) instead to get the damage in.
Had someone add me yesterday when playing this deck who was interested in the list (used to play malylock like me) and I think we both agreed that there was probably a place for Brann in this list, although not sure what to cut for it. Maybe cut one of the soulfires for it.
In terms of tempo Rag is way better, and can help you take the board, Jaraxus would fit in more controlish deck, this is midrange.
Chillmaw can be usefull, you are free to try:)
Great Deck. I've been using Nefarian instead of Rag. Are there any better replacements?
Generally Malygos has been here and this deck was called Malylock
would jaraxus fit?
What do you want to cut?
Well... If you play vs control - that's a good idea, but you risking to loose against aggro, so it's up to you
muligan?
