I've managed to reach legend a couple of times before but this time I made my own deck inspired by yogg hunter and my hatred for brainless aggro decks.

From rank 15 to 6 I played tempo mage.

This deck took me from rank 6 to legend in about a day.

Easy deck, get the most value out of your aoe's and removals. manage to survive the initial pressure and large threats then finnish with Elise and golden monkey. 

I did not use decktracker which I regret since I thought this wouldn't be successful.

All aggro decks - shaman, zoo, paladin is a extremely good match. Sure you can lose if they get a crazy burst in but most likely its a win. About 80% or even higher.

Midrange/tempo decks - Good matchups. Most druid and warriors gets destroyed. Although dragons warriors might be a pain but still more wins then losses. Slightly over 50%.

Control - Very bad. You might win over priests and druids but vs controlwarriors like c'tun it's gonna be a long and painful game that you probably gonna lose. Only chance is if he mess up somehow or you manage to get golden monkey at like 15 cards left in the deck.
