I was using Burr0's N'Zoth Midrange Hunter and added / changed a few things. I feel like it is more balanced and works better with the meta.

 What I took out of the deck:

x2 Kill Command - Kill Command always felt like a dead card in my hand and it didn't usually trade well with minions.

x2 Houndmaster - Mostly every time I played Houndmaster there wouldn't be a beast and it was just a 4/3 minion for 4.

x1 Unleash the Hounds - Two Unleash the Hounds felt like too much, sometimes it would just be a dead card and the times I do play it, it usually doesn't get much value unless I'm facing zoo. Plus, the deck already has Dreadscale.

x1 Infested Tauren - Although it is a good addition to the deck, two is too much and a bit too slow.

x2 King's Elekk - Maybe it's just my RNG, but I only draw a card from King's Elekk like 20 percent of the time. Plus, it ruins the Barnes synergy.

  What I added to the deck:

x1 Princess Huhuran - It fits the theme of the deck perfectly and usually always gives you great value with Sylvanas, Savannah, Infested Wolf or Infested Tauren,

x1 Tracking - Tracking is a great card. If you have a bad hand you can use it to get a card like Animal Companion or Infested Wolf. In the late game you can use it to finish off your opponent by choosing Quick Shot or Unleash the Hounds.

x2 Freezing Trap - Freezing Trap allows you to fill up the board with minions without worrying about trading, and who doesn't want to always go face.

x1 Cairne Bloodhoof - I like it better than Savannah Highmane. Savannah is great for Midrange decks but I feel like my opponent always has a good answer.

x2 Kindly Grandmother - I added these for King's Elekk. It has better Barnes synergy and the stats are great.

 Replacements:

Princess Huhuran - You could replace it with another 5 drop such as Tundra Rhino because it synergies well with the deck especially since you can play it on turn 5 and then Savannah Highmane the next turn.

Dreadscale - Can be replaced with anything, it's a great card in the deck but there are some other good options too. You could run an eaglehorn bow, or even Jungle Panther.

Ragnaros - A great late game finisher, so you can replace it with another Savannah Highmane, or Cairne Bloodhoof if you want.

N'Zoth, the Corrupter - The deck revolves around N'Zoth, so it's harder to replace. Try any big minion, but he's very important and in the deck so you should craft him if you don't have him.

Sylvanas Windrunner - Sylvanas is probably one of the best cards in the game, so again a priority in the deck. It can be replaced by Mind Control Tech or Faceless Manipulator.

Call of the Wild - A must craft for the deck, this card has won me probably hundreds of games. Can't be replaced.

Cairne Bloodhoof - Savannah Highmane works just as well, some people might even say better. So if you're missing him, don't feel bad.

Combos: 

Sylvanas Windrunner + Princess Huhuran - Most of the time that I do this the opponent concedes. A lot of people ignore Sylvanas because they just try and kill you before Sylvanas takes one of your minions. When that happens, you can run Huhuran on turn 7 and steal one of their minions, and then another when Sylvanas dies.

Dreadscale + Hunter's Mark - Great combo, Hunter's Mark takes a minion down to one health and then Dreadscale finishes it off

Unleash the Hounds + Hunter's Mark - Pretty much the same as the previous combo.

Barnes - Great with almost any card in the deck. Infested Tauren, Infested Wolf, Dreadscale, Ragnaros, Sylvanas, Cairne and Kindly Grandmother are all great drops.

Other cards I'm experimenting with (and could be used in the deck if you have them)

Harrison Jones - Great in the current meta for obvious reasons.
