does this play similar to zoo? I have all these cards other than 2 I need to get so really would like to try it out.
I have only played zoolock and a bit of my own weird mage for a day before that, so I'd like to start putting more of my existing cards to use, especially if the decks will work as well.
There are similarities, but also subtle differences. Zoolock is about board control via minions and favorable trading, then getting damage to face when possible, and finishing the opponent off via a buffed minion.
Murloc is more about pushing face quickly, making favorable trades when possible, and hopefully finishing them off via multiple buffed minions.
You also have to play slightly differently, because you do not want to simply dump your hand to the board, in many circumstances. Example: Holding onto a Grimscale Oracle on Turn 3, so that you can drop it and Murloc Warleader on Turn 4 may sometimes be the better play than playing the Oracle on Turn 3.
Murloc decks currently are nowhere being Top Tier decks atm, but they are fun and quick games.
will it's a 240 dust deck for me, probably the cheapest thing I've found today. I believe I could probably build a pirate warrior as well if I find an archetype for it.
I seen an evolve shaman I could do for about 1.1k as well though, this might be a better option for me if I want to actually compete with it.. any thoughts? I got a lot of duplicates last night so have about 1,500 dust without dipping into golds I'm not bothered about.
Pirate Warrior would be the best deck to ladder with.
cheers boss... you got any idea what that would look like... is there like a famous pirate warrior I can look at or something to get an idea... I have not even played warrior once, so I kind of need some guidlines.
I'm still gonna do the murloc thing just cos murlocs are awesome and it;s cheap to do for me right now.
PS: have you seen the warcraft movie? you notice the Murloc call on the way to Karazahn? (I had to rewind the movie to double check what I'd just heard... and sure enough there is a murloc on the riverbank as they pass over a bridge. not even a big wow guy, but I thought that was cool.
