Hello Hearthpwn, Im SofaLab, casual hearthstone player and today i would like to introduce you my aggro/combo Rogue!
This is a really fun deck i would say its similar to astral communion Druid and you win usually only if you have your questing adventurer conceal on turn 4. If you dont have the combo, your win condition is usually 1 turn too late and they will kill you faster. Although if anyone has some good choices you can suggest them and i will try them.
Basic game plan:
Controll the board in early game using efficient rogue's spells like Backstab, Fan of Knives and SI:7 Agent. Later try to draw as much as posibble while still controlling the board. When you have Questing Adventurer or Mana Addict dont drop them without Conceal. After your key minions live 1 turn you usually go all in dealing about 13 damage, but if you manage to conceal them both on the same turn, its ususually gg for your opponent.
Mulligan
Keep early removal and also keep Questing Adventurers and Mana Addict. Keep conceal only if you have good hand already.
Tips
Don't use Sap when not needed, only use it on taunts so you can go face with your minions or use it on buffed minions to prevent lethal.
Use Southsea Deckhand as your alternate win condition if you drew enough enough burst and win like a Miracle rogue.
Always keep Bloodmage Thalnos against aggro decks and use it with Fan of Knives a.k.a. zoo worst nightmare
Replacements
Bloodmage Thalnos can be replaced with Kobold Geomancer
Sinister Strike should be replaced with Edwin VanCleef as one more win condition, although i don't have it so i cannot say if it works or not, but if someone would like to try it and say the results i would be very thankful.
Love the idea of the deck but it seems really inconsistent (I've Edwin too). If the draw sucks it's pretty much game over as I'm just waiting for cards while getting pounded (this is the case vs Warrior & Beast Hunters).
could you explain more of how I can combo well
You need to plan everything 1 turn ahead. You usually save some cheap spells and dont cast them right away if you know that you gonna be doing combo.
yea I get that,
what exactly do you play typically for the combo, i'm a little lost, I get the questing adventure, mana addict conceal but that's about it
You cast basically everything that you have in your hand if its posibble also something like Coldlight Oracle is usually really good because it gives you more cards to combo them instantly.
