Ok, It's 30+ votes so... Do you really need any tactics or mulligan for this deck? 

It's very simple, you go face unless TAUNT IS BLOCKING ROAD or there is something that can destroy your gameplan like Knife Juggler or Armorsmith. 

Keep N'Zoth's First Mate, Fiery War Axe, Upgrade! if Fiery War Axe in hand and any pirate that cost less than 3 mana. [card]Ship's Cannon [/card] is counting too. Do NOT play Sir Finley Mrrgglton unless your hand is full with more than 3 mana cards. You are looking for Life Tap if not, Steady Shot, if not Shapeshift, if not - any other trash. 

Why do I want to play this deck? 

Because it's fast, very fast, sonic fast. Probably you would loose many games with it, but for 1 game for Control Warrior you will play 3 games with this deck. So math is simple: 1 win with CW = 10+ mins, 1 loose with CW = same 10+ mins. 1 win with PW (pirate warrior) = 3-5 mins, 1 loose with PW = same 3-5 mins. For any deck you need play a lot of games to reach legend, but with this deck it's not so sad to get loosestreak. So just relax, drink your tea\coffee\beer and play chill. 

I don't have Leeroy Jenkins should I craft him?

Yes. Leeroy can be used in many other decks. But if you really do not have any dust just use second Arcanite Reaper.
