Proof:
We're going to use his ability of drawing cards and our ability to extend our deck for the victory; the gameplan is simple: mulligan for Doomsayer, Fan of Knives + Backstab, Wild Pyromancer + Eviscerate (for the Knife), Backstab + FoK/Pyro for the Fork, the 4/3 is for the later stages of the game in case he buffs the Plates, the Deathlord is a free card draw for him as well as a big taunt that he'll waste a few attacks on, SI:7 Agent is used for having a minion on the board to tank some damage, as well as killing the Cups or whatever has low HP. The thing that worked for me was Deathlord + Doomsayer by turn 5, then Coldlight Oracle into 2 Shadowsteps into card draw.
Substitutions: You can add Cult Apothecary instead of AH, though I prefer the littlebot because he has a constant effect, Brann can be useful as well but I rely on either getting the murlocs fast or surviving, so every card is vital, Explosive Sheep can be used if you don't have Unstable Ghoul, Tentacle of N'Zoth works as well, but it won't be able to take on the buffed Plates; Abomination can work as well, but Doomsayer + Deathlord is just better for 5 mana, since it can kill the Knife as well if the golem will use smaller minions/spells to get rid of it
The deck works. Thanks. Vanish + Brann are +++
First try
More than 20 tries to "get the right combo" and sorry, but this is retarded. It's almost like taking random cards and hoping to get it work. Downvoted. You'd have to modify this in key parts, then MAYBE it will be of any use.
nice deck, thx!!
What is the optimal opening hand for this deck?
Great deck! Even with a few swapped cards I've been missing - I got it from the first try. Thanks
You sir are a genius!
First try! Much better than the warrior deck ,thanks.
so much better than the warrior deck.
I had to comment on this and say that it was amazing. I have tried a few warrior decks for this boss but they never worked well for me. This deck felt amazing the first time I tried it. I think it took me 4 attempts to kill it! Thanks for this awesome deck and great guide!
good deck
this is actually only one deck works.

Took several tries, but I eventually got it. I used a similar mill Rogue on the Heroic Lord Slitherspear. However, this really only works if you get Brann Bronzebeard combo-ing with Coldlight Oracles and Antique Healbots (with Shadowstep too). The onslaught from the plates is just too much dmg. You have to draw into your combo in the first 4-5 turns otherwise you just run out of cards and get smashed. Timely Deathlords and Vanish were invaluable. 2x Shadow Strike and Annoy-o-Tron also came in handy. I almost wonder if a priest taunt buff deck would work better.
oh dam, took me a lot time. Maybe more than 10 tries but i saw the deck was working so i kept trying and finally got it. So Frustrated because he stopped playing cards and just used passive, I would love to know why he stopped playing cards.

Worked first try, thanks!
Great deck, worked on the first attempt for me :)
By far the best deck I've tried. I could only beat it by looking at other's suggestions. I took out both preparations as they are both very situational and not useful 90% of the time. I replaced them with vanish, because once they get their board filled up, play vanish and a lot of those monsters will get destroyed because they will have a full hand. Then their next draw is discarded, again, cause of a full hand. It's a semi-board clear and a stall. Necessary card in my opinion. Also, thanks for the deck list mate. You saved me, after 3 ours of grinds I found this.
I find Prep to be necessary because you have FoK and other stuff that needs a discount but yeah, I guess removing one for a Vanish might work as well, considering that he misses a turn and burns something
Got it on my second try, thanks!
Just wondering why the fill the deck with cards that don't allow you to survive in this encounter? What is the advantage of being dead over and over again as opposed to surviving and winning? Am not used to playing with this strategy in mind...
