The goal is to stall on nazra until you have Kel'Thuzad on board with Ancestral Spirit on him. It's pretty easy to kill Malchezaar with multiple kel'thuzads and taunts on the board. I use mainly minions with 3 attack to be able to deal with nazras hero power every turn.
Replaced Doomsayer with Antique Healbot due to a lot of people commenting saying they needed some form of healing in the deck and Doomsayer being not very effective.
Another substitution could be Sen'jin Shieldmasta instead of Earth Elemental. Still potentially deals with two hero powers but doesn't give you overload. Another comment suggested Master Jouster in this spot as well.
Another substitution could be to take out Lightning Storm for either Refreshment Vendor or Healing Wave. Refreshment Vendor can deal with potentially two hero power taps from nazra.
They key to this deck though is to not initiate phase two until you have kel'thuzad with ancestral spirit on him. That way when you hit phase two Malchezzar will twisting nether and basically give you two KTs. Try not to waste ancestral spirit until you have KT on the board and you probably don't want ancestral spirit in your starting hand.
this was the only one that worked for me, and was budget friendly
29.4 2020 still works, it took me 2 tries. First try, i drew like 25 cards and still no kel thuzad. I didnt have sylvanas, dr boom, and earth elemental, so i replaced them with Vivid spores, zilliax and tar creepers. Thanks :ú
Finally I made it thanks to you!! got in 3 tries. But I gotta mention that sometimes Malchezaar would play another card that damages deals 4dmg to three enemies and the warlock card that kill a minipon and heals for 3, he did that to me and the next turn he played Twisting nether so I was out of KTs and he defeated me. After that I played again and just in case waited to have two ancestral calls on my hand to make sure I would win.
This finally worked for me with this deck. The basic premise stayed the same. Ancestral on Kelthuzad at the turn of Malcheezar before he drops Nether. I found RNG from Hagatha to be epic, seeing as how she cleared my board before KT, and then RNG'd me 2 more ancestral spirits for my kel's. GAME SET MATCH.

I had tried a ton of different decks and just couldn't beat this encounter. This one worked for me on the first try. Obviously I got super lucky but also the Shaman cards felt like they matched up much better against Nazra's hero power than any of the other classes I had tried (esp. Lightning Bolt, Totem Golem and Earth Elemental), and then KT/AS made the Malch portion a cake-walk.
I subbed the Tuskarr Totemic's out for Tar Creepers, as others have suggested, and that proved to be important in the game I won. I also subbed cards in for Sylvanas and Dr. Boom since I don't have those, but neither card I subbed in ended up mattering.
After 2 hours of failed attempts with shitty jade druid decks, completed first try (after swapping tar creepers in for the totemics and LK for Boom).
Had to Alex the wench to keep her health out of fatigue range until I could find my second Ancestral Spirit.
Haha, I cringed on the Alex part. KILL IT WITH FIRE, she didn't deserve any heal ;)
I had to swap a few cards because I didn't have them but overall this deck was the only one that worked for me.
Thank you for this deck! Still works (after a few tries) and worked way faster than any of the priest decks
Adjusted it a little but the KT/Ancestral Spirit worked amazingly
Thanks a lot! After 2 tries beat him =) I swapped only Dr. Boom for The Lich King
Doom :)
Used this as my base and subbed in some frozen throne cards. Lich King pulling anti magic shell ended up being the MVP. I also had to heal the warrior for 14 to keep her from going into fatigue as my kelthuzad was at the bottom of my deck!
So the AI does not attack taunts with positive deathrattles. If you get a Tirion out they just stop attacking with anything. Even the 3/3 minions. I had him at 1 hp for a while. Then 2 anyfins was enough damage. Didn't even need 2 swings of ashbringer.
It does attack sludge belcher. Don't try that.
Tried the combo and got double executed.....
I hate this match, can't seem to shake it.
Having the make up of the deck you used would help.
Here is a guide for a C'Thun priest deck that works, without any epic or legendary cards: http://www.hearthpwn.com/decks/626038-heroic-free-medivh-no-epic-and-legendary
Have they fixed this? Nothing works, even with all the healing subs. The times I managed to get KT with AS, I was dead next turn. Already on 20 tries with no success
EDIT: Finally did it, with perfect rng after around 30 tries, with the following subs. Kept controlling the board, healing, setting taunts and leaving her around 1-5 health (she even died of fatigue once, fucking my strat). Then I managed to keep Sylvannas on board and finally drew KT+AS. From that point forward just control Malchezar's board and fill your side with KTs and Sylvs. GOOD LUCK! IT'S DOABLE!
Out: Troggs, Tuskar Totemics, Sunwalkers, Dr. Boom and Alex
In: Refreshment Vendors, Healing Wave, Jinyu, Tidal Surge, Tar Creepers (notice how much healing is needed because they definitely changed her AI).
Great strategy, although I made some changes to the deck.
