Hey guys!
Zananananan here, I'm a german Hearthstone player and I'm currently playing for http://www.sfd-gaming.com/. I just wanted to share my Miracle Rogue with you. It's probably one of the hardest deck to play in the game. But it's also an incredible amount of fun.
I offer coachings for 20,00 €/hour. If you are interested, please leave me a message on Hearthpwn.
Update: -1 Deadly Poison, -1 Sap; +2 Swashburglar
I don't like Sap in the current meta.
Gameplan:
Mulligan:
Keep Edwin VanCleef if you have The Coin and/or Preparation. You can consider keeping Eviscerate or Shadow Strike in tempo based matchups if you have Preparation.
Aggro:
- Backstab and SI:7 Agent are really important in this matchup. Only keep Tomb Pillager if you have one of those cards. Preparation is also important.
- Keep Fan of Knives against Zoo and Aggro Paladin if you have a good hand. You can consider keeping Bloodmage Thalnos with Preparation and Fan of Knives.
Control:
- Always keep Tomb Pillager. Azure Drake is also fine. You can consider keeping Gadgetzan Auctioneer if you already have a good hand. Against Warrior or Priest you can keep Conceal if you have Tomb Pillager and Gadgetzan Auctioneer.
- Gadgetzan Auctioneer + The Coin + Conceal wins you usually the game.
- Don't keep Preparation.
Combos:
- Gadgetzan Auctioneer + The Coin + Conceal to draw your whole deck on the following turn
- Questing Adventurer + Conceal to go ham on the next turn
- Cold Blood on a minion and Conceal to setup lethal for the next turn
- Bloodmage Thalnos or Azure Drake + Preparation + Fan of Knives = 2 dmg AOE
- Backstab + SI:7 Agent for an huge tempo swing
- Leeroy Jenkins + Cold Blood + Cold Blood = 14 dmg
Questions
2x Deadly Poison is pretty uncommon in Miracle Rogues. Why are you running them?
It's way easier to make use of the combo cards, such as Questing Adventurer, Edwin VanCleef, SI:7 Agent and Gadgetzan Auctioneer. It also increases your burst potential. You can run Swashburglar instead, but I like Deadly Poison especially against shaman.
Replacements?
First of all don't replace Bloodmage Thalnos with Kobold Geomancer or Loot Hoarder, they are just to weak in this deck. If you don't have a card just replace it with good cards like Swashburglar, Shadow Strike, Barnes, Dark Iron Skulker and Violet Teacher.
You can't replace Tomb Pillager, The Coin is way to important. Play a different deck then.
How does the Coaching work?
First of all I'll ask you some Questions. e.g. What was your highest rank so far? Then we'll just start playing some games. I'll talk about the specific matchup and the gameplan. You'll suggest a play and then we'll talk about the reasoning behind it. We'll also talk about reading the opponent's hand and when you have to take risks.

As an avid rogue main since Hearthstone's release, I gotta say this deck is pretty good. If you are facing a lot of aggro replacing a swashburglar with a dark iron skulker is pretty good but I did not see the use for dark iron skulker, and this deck has helped me significantly pilot through legend!
To slow.
It's just bad. Your opponent will kill it 90% of the time and you are usually heropowering on turn 2.
Hey, was wondering if I could spectate a good rogue playing this :)
Awesome deck, got 80% wr. But i replaced "Swashburglars with one more "sap and "Shadowstrike., to minimize random and get better matchups to midrange and control decks.
P.S. Bloodmage is good to replace with "Violet teacher, but it's my personal prefference.
Y Sap and Shadowstrike are fine. I don't like Teacher in Questing Rogue. You want to use the same cards on Questing Adventurer and Teacher. You could cut Questing for Teacher in an aggressive meta.
How do you beat secret hunter with this deck? I'm running into these cucks everywhere.
this deck has worst matchup with secrethunter
Yes, this matchup sucks. You can only win with an early Edwin or Questing. You could run Southsea Deckhand instead of Leeroy to trigger the Freezing Trap.
I just got Edwin but I don't have Bloodmage Thalnos, is there really no replacement?
Kobold Geomancer
Geomancer sucks.
Edwin is a good card in druid matchups. U must craft him.
Got 5th rating with that deck(from 25).
Playing half of the month.
I tried to make some changes, but 2 swashburglars work very good.
Because you can rely on them on mulligan. So generally you would want to get swash/SI/backstab in starting hand.
It's 1/1 minion and it can deal with shaman totems with addition of simple attack.
Journey below is not a minion and often gives bad/expensive minions.
1x sap is more than enough for me, because there almost no minions to sap in this meta.
Thanks for the deck!
Glad to hear ;)
it`s very good deck, but it`s unreal win to ktun war, because of too much armor (
I guess you just played bad or you got unlucky. This matchup is like 60 % favored for the Rogue. Auctioneer or Questing + Conceal wins you the game. Don't play to much into Brawl.
Hey I just made this deck and I really enjoy it so far! Unfortunately I don't have Leeroy (and I don't have the dust to craft him) so I subbed in Barnes. I'm not sure this was the best choice for this deck. Do you have any recommendations for subs for Leeroy?
Southsea Deckhand
