Change Log 11/23: Many changes; the list is now more Midranged with sustained power and a better late game by cutting the weaker cards like Divine Strength and Mana Addict. Only one sister survived (Eydis Darkbane), the card draw mechanic has changed and Dopplegangster was put back in. I play tested a similar list to the 11/17 version and found it to be inconsistent in some match ups. This iteration should play more balanced while keeping the foundation of the deck.

Hello, I am Seksi, a legend player who enjoys building and laddering up unorthodox decks.
I've experimented with different "Buff Paladins" in the past, but they lacked consistency and seemed to be missing a piece or two. I really like these new Paladin cards, including Wickerflame Burnbristle of course but also Meanstreet Marshal, Grimestreet Informant, Don Han'Cho and Small-Time Recruits.
It's a great feeling to activate the abilities of Eydis Darkbane or Fjola Lightbane but it felt bad having to run the weak one mana cost buffs beforehand. Now, Meanstreet Marshal improves those cards a lot and adds more consistency to the early game with six 1 drops. With 6x One-Drops, Small-Time Recruits should always get value (as well as thin your deck for better draws).
The Draw Engine is boosted by Meanstreet Marshal, Grimestreet Informant and Small-Time Recruits.
I've recently added Defender of Argus and Dopplegangster to the list, I believe they will add consistency and a better mid-to-end game.
There are three ways to heal in this deck now between Wickerflame, Truesilver, and Ivory Knight. This should help combat aggressive starts from Hunter and Shaman and provide more time to set up Dopplegangster and Leeroy combos. Ivory Knight adds another card draw mechanic that can be played both defensively and offensively with the spells to discover.
Don Han'Cho will be great on Leeroy Jenkins as a finisher, but also on Argent Horserider or even Argent Squire or Wickerflame Burnbristle.
Alternate version to try:
+1x Brann Bronzebeard, +2x Abusive Sergeant
-2x Meanstreet Marshal, -1x Rallying Blade
I don't know if there will enough card draw with this setup, but there is a lot of Brann synergy. I might remove another card for 1x Divine Favor in this case, but I'm not sure what to remove. I want to keep Eydis Darkbane and Ivory Knight; I'd possibly try removing 1x Defender of Argus for a Divine Favor.
Against slower decks if you can get Don Han'Cho to hit Dopplegangster, Brann + Dopple = 5 7/7s :D
New Major Update
Ivory Knight isn't essential, but should fit this list nicely.
If not, I would try Sylvanas Windrunner, Brann Bronzebeard, or the new Grimestreet Protector.
Updated the deck after new cards were released! What do you think?
What do you think of a Blessed Champion to combo with leeroy ? I see you filtering your hand until you have Leeroy Jenkins and Don Han'Cho. Drop hancho on your leeroy. Then you drop leeroy as either a 11 or 12 damage charge. then double it ( 22 or 24 damage from hand ) .
That is an interesting thought, though with this deck the opponent should have less life at that stage of the game. I like the idea of Don Han'Cho on Leeroy Jenkins and playing a simple Blessing of Might or Blessing of Kings for 14-15+ damage.
The addition of Don Han'Cho is making this list even more difficult to theorycraft and build. I'll have to try a bunch of different variations, but I will be playing this type of deck only to start!
With Don Han'Cho, I wanted to have at least 3 great targets. Wickerflame, Leeroy and Doppleganger would all be solid. I may want to include Argent Horseriders as well.
Hey guys, I am indeed thinking about changes with the new cards! Stay tuned.
Made that change! Without the Sisters, I would change the look of the deck a bit to include less buffs and more mid ranged cards like Keeper of Uldaman.
Now that the entire Paladin set for Mean Streets of Gadgetzan is out, are you going to make any changes to the deck with the newly released cards?
"The Gadgetzan release will NOT rotate old sets out, LOE, TGT and BRM will rotate out whenever the first release happens in 2017."
Lance Carrier could be an interesting card to combo with Meanstreet Marshal.
Now that i think about it Defender of Argus or even the Dire Wolf Alpha could possibly work to get that extra stat for draw. They also combo nicely with Wickerflame Burnbristle
im currently running an aggro zoo pally that has nzoth for a lil end game push. Looks like some really good cards are coming to add to the deck.
Lance Carrier is a card to try out, thanks for the suggestion. I fear that his 1/2 body may too weak though even after his buff. The deck has a lot of ways to boost Meanstreet Marshal (Blessing of Might, Divine Strength, Keeper of Uldaman, Seal of Champions, Blessing of Kings). I had a Defender of Argus in the original build, worth trying out. Dire Wolf Alpha could be a good pick...
I like 1x Mana Addict because there will be plenty of low mana spells cast and she trades really well whether you buff her or another minion while she's on the board. Mana Addict + Seal of Champions and you have a 6/3 with Divine Shield for one turn, and a 4/3 afterwards.
Thanks for your reply!
Lance Carrier is in!
An idea to explore is Keeper of Uldaman vs Defender of Argus. At the moment I have one of each, but one may work out better then the other. Also the idea of Djinni of Zephyrs or possibly Leeroy Jenkins. I like the inclusion of 6 one-drops and a split between 1x Divine Favor and 1x Small-Time Recruits. I'm not sure how Argent Horserider will fare, but he has obvious synergy with the buff cards and is a decent turn 3 play as well.
I personally like Blessing of Kings over Silvermoon Portal here, but that is something to explore also.
Another question is the two-mana slot, there are hardly any choices so I ended up on 2x Flame Juggler. If the meta becomes a majority of Control decks I would run another Equality. Grimestreet Informant is far superior to Jeweled Scarab in my opinion, it guarantees you a choice between three different class cards where as the beetle can give you bad neutral choices. The possibilities for clutch picks from Hunter or Warrior are pretty exciting.
I'm curious to hear your thoughts on these!
