literally all you need to do is last until you can Emperor Thaurissan 4 cards of the combo.  

These cards are combo: Abusive Sergeant,Stonetusk Boar, Flametongue Totem, Rockbiter Weapon, Windfury, and Faceless Manipulator

Just get 4 of them in hand then just wait it out for the topdeck game.  Unless the opponent is an agro-zoo type deck then you should be fine.  

Alexstrasza is used for warriors who have a lot of armor.  She'll take em' down to the lethal level the turn before hand.  

Eater of Secrets is used for Paladin, Mage, and Hunter secrets that prevent them from dying.  Really quite useful against those 3 classes, but otherwise it's a good turn 4 tempo play.

EDIT: Some cards can be swapped out for another Windfury and another Faceless Manipulator.  Personally, I'd drop out Sir Finley and Justicar Trueheart. The shaman hero power is enough for this deck but the warrior's armor up is a lot better suited for an otk for survival purposes.
