Hotform went to rank 5 (season 31) with this low dust cost C'thun Mage deck.  Making deck for my reference but figure I'd share.

Deck playstyle:  Very slow tempo/board control in the beginning while buffing C'thun.  Snowball into high value cards like Firelands Portal and Faceless Summoner.  C'thun finisher.
