Jade Golems are extremely powerful.  This deck is competitive with the faster playing decks but still has the reach to take on control.  Although I haven't had a huge game sample size so far, I have beaten pirate warrior, dragon priest, jade druid, and all sorts of reno.

Some casual play and brand new season low ladder as well - will update

The deck plays like most tempo decks rather than using combos like most current rogue decks.  If somehow they survive until you play N'Zoth, the Corruptor, don't worry-- there is no way they come back from that.

As usual more up votes, more detail AND VIDS!

Up votes:
10: Full mulligan guide and my pilot video
25: Tech choices/substitutions vs. current Jade Golem meta
50: 'All' meta match up videos w/ detailed play style explanations

General mulligan:
Keep Backstab, Eviscerate, Jade Shuriken, Jade Swarmer, Undercity Huckster.  Generally you don't keep copies.
IF you have Jade Swarmer or Undercity Huckster keep Unearthed Raptor.
IF you have Backstab or you are going second and do not have Jade Shuriken then keep SI:7 Agent.
Consider keeping Shadow Strike and Barnes in control match ups.  In aggro match ups you can keep double copies of Jade Swarmer.  If going second you can also keep double copies of Eviscerate or Jade Shuriken.

Detailed mulligan:

I added more detail above.  Follow the General mulligan but know the meta.  Here's what's currently popular:
Aggro: Warrior, Hunter, Paladin and sometimes count Rogue
Tempo/Mid-range: Rogue, Shaman and sometimes Druid and Mage
Control: Warlock, Druid, Mage, Priest and rarely Warrior

The Big Three Subs
Why no Swashburglars?
The random card isn't that great most of the time.  Undercity Huckster does the same job but also has N'Zoth, the Corruptor and Unearthed Raptor synergy.  Even though the deck is tempo/mid-range you still don't want to top deck Swashburglar past your initial mulligan.  And besides, we aren't running Patches the Pirate.

No Gang Up? No Shadowcaster?
These cards have the same issue as Brann Bronzebeard (even though we're running him) in that they're just too slow for the meta as is.  Right now without N'Zoth, the Corruptor you can get up to an 11/11 Jade Golem while keeping up with the faster decks in the process.  Why would you want to slow down your tempo to gain more late game that you don't need?

When I didn't have Aya Blackpaw I ran Cairne Bloodhoof.  95% of the time this will be a disadvantage and I suggest crafting Aya Blackpaw if you can afford her.  She is definitely worth the dust and was my first Gadgetzan legendary craft.
