About me and my decks
About this deck:
This deck that should only be played if you are a very experienced player. Although the deck might look pretty plain and simple there are a ton of card synergies in the deck. You need to know how the Paladin secrets work and when to play your buffing cards.
This deck is very hard to learn and every game is a challange but the reward is a lot of fun!
The deck can steamroll against control decks and your minions get huuuuge that even Highlander decks struggle with it. Moreover Prince Malchezaar provides you with some unpredictable extra stuff (the "inconsistency" is nullified by Small-Time Recruits and Mysterious Challenger but more on that later).
Worth to update? :)
Hi, i'm interested in replays, would u place any? :D
What's with the Tentacle of N'zoth?
I'm tinkering with this card against all decks with Patches the Pirate. When you play most of your 1-drops they are very highly buffed, so the 1 damage doesn't hurt them much. More on that when the guide goes live.
hello why no fording surly he is such a good leg he deserves to be in this deck? ::D
Prince Malchezaar generates legendaries from class cards and neutral ones. He follows the highlander rule, which means that he will not generate a legendary that you already have in the deck (like Wickerflame Burnbristle).
This means if Prince Malchezaar rolls for a class legendary (and you have 5 rolls!) you can either get Bolvar Fordragon, Eadric the Pure (good against Jade decks), Ragnaros, Lightlord or Tirion Fordring.
So there are quite some good chances for a Tirion Fordring.
I don't know why this answer is downvoted. If this is how Malchezar works, its pretty clever to not include Tirion and rely on a decent chance of getting him in those games that go long enough to draw him.
But we need to know how Maclhezaar generates legendaries. For instance, the game could build a list of all the legendaries, remove all those of other classes, and then roll 5 times on this list. In this case, class legendaries are no more common than any other legendaries.
Do we know what method HS uses?
I have a bunch of haters who are currently downvoting any decks / comments from me. I tried so intervene on that but I'm restricted to the tools this site offers.
Back to the topic:
I don't know if there is any higher chance to get a class legendary but
- given the fact that discover has a higher chance to discover class cards
- arena cards have % in getting offered
- my personal experience with all the decks containing the Prince Malchezaar
I assume that the chances for a class legendary are higher than getting a neutral legendary on each roll.
Looks good. I'd love to see a gameplay video and card choices. Would ivory knight be a good fit in this deck?
There are always VODs of my stream you might want to check them out :)
Ivory Knight is a good idea, there used to be 1 Forbidden Healing in the deck. But the massive amount of healing you get out of a megabuffed Wickerflame Burnbristle is insane.
Another interesting deck! Nice work leolph :)
Thank you :)
>20 games >55% winrate What a great deck LUL
In 4 months and 20 days this is your first comment on hearthpwn.
I guess you failed.
So if i post shit daily it makes me an expert or what? Although you removed the line about amount of games you've played and your winrate and now you're saying that i failed? Ok dude whatever you say
Your second contribution is not better and you see in what direction it goes from therefore I forgo further communication with you.
