This Reno Mage version is definitely not as good as some other versions right now for laddering, but at least I got some decent value out of Medivh with a nice two in a row high rolling minion^^

I love how people post streamers decks in order to catch a bunch of upvotes on decks that aren't theirs. I'm going to start creating decks and attaching pro players names
This is shit, went from rank 9 -> 14... just to try this out... didnt win 1 single match.
You lost at least 21 games (9 -> 14) in a row with a deck that is currently being played at high legend? Might not be the deck, mate.
against aggro autolose, hunter autolose, renolock autolose, druid autolose, good luck and have fun.
i have play 100++ games reno deck.
all reno deck depend on starting hand , mulligan and top deck etc.
if you lucky u can beat any deck. but draw badly auto loses.when vs mirror 50-50 just decide by who have better draw. ie: draw leeroy combo , cabalist discover into cabalist and again cabalist. unlimited value etc.
reno deck also waste of time . mirro match.1 games take 20 min turn 10. and easy win. no idea why reno deck player always roping. 20 min games opponent take 15 min to play the card, i only use 5 min. very straight forward decision like leeroy combo, reno jackson, or board clear also need wait roping. maybe player now day like to BM
anti aggro reno or anti control reno deck is coin flip. really hard to balance. auto loses when u tech 1 sides heavily. without tech , only 30-40% win rate
will craft aggro deck next season to save time and punish roping guy
I'm at rank 11, so I'm not facing the best opponents, but I'm having a blast with this deck. It seems to be tweaked for more anti-aggro, but it can still hold its own against control decks thanks to Medivh.
I like the way Thijs balanced out the mana curve so that there are a lot of 3-mana cards, as this seems to be a good compromise between too fast and too slow.
Interesting that the deck contains Acolyte of Pain instead of Arcane Intellect... Not sure I quite understand that one. I guess you can ping your own Acolyte for a guaranteed draw, but then you're spending 5 mana and losing out on a normal ping target. Also I would think that often your opponent would have more of a board presence than you would, so it seems unlikely you would ever get more than 2 draws from Acolyte.
may be it cuz of dirty rat and some other things that are not so siimple to understand ) guess so
it's probably just to be better vs Aggro - you get a body that can do something against weak pirates + draw you card/s...against Control, it makes them spend removal, so it has it's use there too.

It's a reno deck so you wouldn't see him very often anyways, but I'd say he's too strong not to include. You're running a heavy risk of not having him when he's most useful, and that will just straight up lose you games sometimes.
