Yeah, this is Mill Rogue in 2017, but it's very good against extremely popular renolocks on high levels. If you have any questions, you can always ask me in the comments!
Any replacements for 1 doomsayer?
If you have league of explorers you can add reno jackson so when you and your opponent both run out of cards you can live (reno is used in many mill rogues too)
After i reached 1 Rank i played in legend with mill rogue, nearly every match-up was against renolock so i got a 70% winrate and i reached top 200 with this deck in previous season
I cant get but after all i fatigue first everytime somehow....
make sure you don't draw too much, and that you use both gang-ups
So, i have some questions about the mulligan. This is my current understanding of what to keep.
Vs everything keep: coldlight, backstab, SI:7 if you have coin
Vs warrar additional keep: fan of knives, earthing ring, doomsayer
Vs shamen additional keep: doomsayer, Earthing ring,
match up vs priest and mage is generally so easy i dont add anything to keep in the mulligan different from the everything keep.
Im mainly wondering about the warrior match up, do you even keep cold-light? It feels more like you have to play/hope you draw mid range than go for mill. Would you say anything is off so far about my understanding of the mulligan.
Thanks for the help.
I will write you a guide of mulligans in a few hours, i am currently busy, sorry
Look, i created this deck because it does well against popular renolocks. In their play they try to keep 8 or 9 cards in hand so it's pretty easy to burn their cards.
So the best starting hand against classes are
1. Renolock - gang up, shadowstep, preparation and hope to get coldlight.
2. Aggro Shaman or Warrior - doomsayer, bloodmage thalnos, fan of knives and then after killing their minions they often have an empty deck and you can just place your minions on the board.
3. Midrange shamans - also shadowstep, prep, but you also hope to get a doomsayer so they don't play anything, shamans ofthen have a full deck because of totems and spells they can't play at the moment.
4. Control Warrior - should be a really easy match-up, the same hand as against renolocks.
Control decks are getting a little bit more popular.
It will be an easy win against some warlock, priests and other popular classes, but winning against aggro is pretty hard that's why this deck is created for high levels.
Also if you have league of explorers you can put reno in this deck instead of 1 shadow strike, reno will help when both of you (with your opponent) run out of cards.
you should add this to the description
