Cheap deck to get your pack in this brawl.
Mana Wyrm and Ice Lance are pretty crucial. Sorcerer's Apprentice could be subbed with a cheap spell but she does greatly increase the burst potential especially on turn 2.
Card Swaps
If you have the adventures there are several very big upgrades you can make. Sub any of these cards for the chargers or Frost Nova.
Strategy
Mulligan for Mana Wyrm in your starting hand. Then ideally discover another Mana Wyrm on turn 1 and possibly even turn 2. Sorcerer's Apprentice is also great to have in your opener along with a 1 cost spell. You can mount a great deal of early pressure.
Think about how much damage you have in hand and how to maximize output over the next 2-3 turns. For example: Turn 6, you have Fireball + Frostbolt, opponent at 15 health. Fireball + ping to put opponent at 8 health which sets up lethal next turn if you discover Ice Lance, Roaring Torch, or Fireball. If you cast both spells then Ice Lance is no longer an out next turn.
Arcane Intellect puts 2 copies of Peruse in your hand and does not actually draw from your deck. This will ramp your Mana Wyrms like crazy.
Example insane opener:
Turn 1: Mana Wyrm + Coin + Mana Wyrm
Turn 2: Sorcerer's Apprentice + Arcane Missiles
Turn 3: Arcane Intellect + Peruse + Peruse + possibly two 1 mana spells reduced to 0. If your Mana Wyrm's were not dealt with they are now 8 attack and 7 attack.
Now this deck is not top tier for this brawl or anything, but it should be strong enough to get a win without pulling your hair out.

Edit: 3 games in a row, 3rd one against an expensive full of legendaries astral druid, amazing deck got my both quests done in no time!

I managed it third try. First time was up against a Mage with Flamewaker etc who removed anything I put down. Second time was up against a paladin with Murlocs including Finja and I couldn't keep him frozen. Third time was the charm, up against a Druid with jades, living roots, nourish - he filled his board with golems but I got better draws that time and kept him frozen. Managed to get a couple of rocketeers out and dropped lucky with a fireball just after he taunted up his 9/9
