I have great experience with most control shamans, but maly is a bit uncertain for me. Can you maybe post a guide or explain why cards like lava. Rust aren't included

Thanks, depending on your current meta i believe that you can either add another anti aggro card like lightning storm or another big guy if you are needing the extra value. The great thing about white eyes is that serves the two purposes, gives you the ability to play a taunt that can add a huge dude to your deck or outright win you games against aggro if you draw the second part soon enough. 

I faced something like this in my Wild format Pirate Warrior grind, but the one I faced had Ancestor's Call.  Is that a good replacement for any of the cards in this deck that I don't have?

Actually no, the card is awful in this deck because it does not abuse it. Back in the day, when thaurissan was just released, Ancestor's Call was used as a finishing move with combo malygos shaman, you just had to make sure malygos was the only minion in a hand full of burn so you pullled him with 4 mana and roasted your opponent. That deck only had 1 azure drake, thaurissan and malygos with tons of cheap card draw so having a hand with no minions besides maly was easy to accomplish. Even then the deck was gimmicky but fun as heck to play. My recommendation is to explore your collection and search for a different win condition or fitting replacement for any of the cards missing. If you tell me what card you wish to replace, then i might be able to help you.

First off congrats on LEGEND! Did you run this deck specifically and did you swap out any of the cards throughout your climb?

I scumbag´d all the way to rank 3 with aggro decks and then started to experiment with the different win conditions you could have, tried n'zoth with jades, full blown jade, the one with ancestral spirit and earth elementals but in the end the best results were obtained with malygos for the extra value from your maelstrom portals in the late game and the optional burn against reno decks. Then i tweaked it until i felt i had a balanced deck that had a strong anti aggro core but enough late game to grind the slower decks. This deck specifically got me from rank 2 to legend and the last card i changed was sen'jin instead of Barnes because you only have like a 60% of pulling something above average but the extra taunt helped me against the flood of aggro decks in the ladder.
