I have reached rank 5 with this deck so decided to share here.

I used to play Jade Shaman with 2 X  Spirit Claws, but I was wrecked by aggro-decks(Pirate Warrior and Pirate Shaman), because it's not good as a weapon killing off minion without spell damage buff. Doomsayer is very effective for early game board clear and Stormcrack is good removal in mid game. Since I change Spirit Claws with those cards, my win-rate against aggro-decks has greatly increased. 

Win-rate

 

Pirate Warrior: Doomsayer, Jade Claws,Lightning Storm, Devolve, Jinyu Waterspeaker, Maelstrom Portal and Healing Wave.  

Control Warrior:Jade Claws, Jade Spirit, Mana Tide Totem, Brann Bronzebeard and Jade Lightning. In late game try to save Doomsayer and a taunt minion, or Hex in case he is running Deathwing.

Renolock: Jade Claws, Jade Spirit, Mana Tide Totem, Devolve and Hex. Devolve is useful for dealing with Twilight Drake in early game, and removing taunts when you want to deal direct face damage.Never waste Jade Lightning on minions, unless you are running out of health, because you want to save it for direct face damage after your opponent plays Lord Jaraxxus. 

Aggro Shaman: Doomsayer, Jade Claws, Lightning Storm,Devolve,Jinyu Waterspeaker, Jade Lightning or Stormcrack, and Hex.

Jade Druid:Jade Claws, Jade Spirit,Aya Blackpaw, Mana Tide Totem and Brann Brozebeard. 

Jade/Mid Shaman: Jade Claws, Jade Spirit,Jade Lightning, Mana Tide Totem, Lightning Storm and Aya Blackpaw. Whoever grows jades faster wins the game so try to buff the jades faster than your opponent.
