After trying to make Druid's quest work, I turned to Token Druid. This is a very funny deck to use. The problem with Quest Druid is that he has no early or mid game. This deck has all that jazz. Check it out m8 and feel free to ask questions.
Cards:
Eggnapper: This card is just "meh." He preforms a lot better when he has one more health, so try to play him when you can buff him. Can be replaced with Tar Creeper.
Moroes: This card is pretty solid in this deck but is very week to Shaman. Replace him with Tar Creeper if you play against too many Shamans.
Evolving Spores: This card is insane. Feel free to pop this card when you only have 3 minions. It is better than Savage Roar in every way possible.
Fandral Staghelm: Solid card for token decks. He can be played just for a board presence if needed.
Mire Keeper: If you can coin this guy in, pick extra mana. You will usually pick the 2/2 though.
Wisps of the Old Gods: This has several uses and can not be replaced. At least one is needed to make the deck work.
Cenarius: Has a similar use to Wisps of the Old Gods but can be used to get some useful taunts.
Onyxia: This card get a lot of hate. Lots of people think it is trash. Onyxia is a staple of this deck. So many cards combo perfectly with her like Mark of the Lotus, Power of the Wild, Evolving Spores, Wisps of the Old Gods, and Cenarius.
Some problems I have with this deck:
1) Not enough ramp. This deck is not aggro and has too many high cost cards to not have ramp. Mire Keeper is technically ramp but in a token deck you're going to want the 2/2 minion. Include Innervate.
2) No charge minions. Combining charge minions with Savage Roar is crucial for token druid decks. Druid of the Claw is a must have in this deck because he is very flexible. He can be used to finish the game or remove a minion in charge mode, and is an excellent taunt. Probably the best beast druid has.
3) Too slow. The main cause of this is Onyxia and x2 Wisps of the Old Gods, but Fandral Staghelm is also too slow for a token deck.
Im just saying it could be replaced.
I agree. Eggnapper is too meh. I would replace it with Tar Creeper.
I'd try to fit in Savage Roar as a finisher...
savage roar is terrible compared to Evolving Spores. Also if I add it to this deck I have too many spells. I just dont see why adding 2 temporary attack is all that good.
That isn't true at all. Savage Roar is also useful for trading up and removing taunts and is usually a much better finisher than Evolving Spores. Evolving Spores can be a roll of the dice as to whether or not you get what you want.
Savage Roar can only be used if your rocking an extra chromosome. Most people look pretty retarded when they do that.
Dude this deck is crazy fun. Thanks bro. I love that Cenarius is actually an ok card :3
