Watch out against warlock, you could end up getting Twisting Nether , DOOM! and even maybe Cataclysm ...
I would have loved this with Play Dead <3
Well seeing as its a beast, that automatically makes it a Hunter Card via Jeweled Macaw, Webspinner, Ram Wrangler, and Stampede. /s
I do not own the card but I wonder if the following combo would work:
I would love to run a ramp deck which chains N'Zoth, the Corruptor, Hadronox, and C'Thun
Twilight Geomancer + two Dark Arakkoa and two C'Thun's Chosen = 16/16 taunt C'thun
When your C'Thun dies, drop Hadronox to resummon it, two Arakkoa, and a geomancer.
Finally, if they can clear the board (mages), drop N'Zoth to bring back Hadronox which summons up to 4 Arakkoa, 2 C'Thun, and 2 geo.
If your opponent survives this, hit concede.
looks too slow and too situational - you will probably die to any aggro like pirate warrior or druid aggro, and also you will die to jade druid as it develops very fast
C'thun will not be re-summoned as it is not a taunt minion, and the taunt it has is a buff. It works the same with adapting something to have the plant deathrattle, and trying to resurrect it with n'zoth.
It's really not that easy as you think it is. You can't revive those minions, because they lose their keywords when they're dead. C'thun however can get taunt wherever he is. So even when he's dead he still has taunt which means that it might work.
What do you mean they lose their keywords?
Twilight Geomancer and Dark Arakkoa both have taunt, which would be revived by Hadronox, Since, I'm pretty sure, C'Thun keeps his modifiers even after death he would come back from Hadronox. However none of these revived by Hadronox will do anything besides come into play. No battlecry/c'thun doing his random damage. Is that what you meant by they lose their keywords?
Also once N'Zoth, the Corruptor comes out it would resummon hadronox, but then hadronox's ability wouldn't activate so you would still only have deathwing and hadronox
tried it, couldn't get it right... even naturalize sometimes is killed by that Skulkist card
The reason this cannot have taunt is because if you get another one (like from nzoth), you will resummon it and keep resummoning hadronoxes in an infinite loop so it would be pretty broken.
they could just say other taunt minions
This is actually a nice card, i made an N'zoth taunt wild druid deck, it fits pretty well with the damn sludge belchers
I had some success with it, however, there are some chances how you can duplicate him. Due to the fact that many opponents ignore him when he his played and he often needs two turns to die, I tend to cast Menagerie Warden on him (it's the only beast in my Taunt druid, aside from transformed Druids of the Claw, so, Curator picks only him). Also, I tossed in Corpse Raiser (give a minion deathrattle to resummon it) and Tomb Lurker (add a random deathrattle minion that died this game to your hand). I know it's slow and greedy, but as you guys said, Hadronox usually lives at least for two turns, it's funnier that way.
Man, imagine if they gave this to Warrior.
I crafted a golden Hadronox just so I could play this deck below. It's super fun when played correctly! I just wait to combo Hadronox with Naturalize after my big taunts die for maximum value. Finally, a deck I can use Soggoth the Slitherer in! :D
Has too much health , need two turns to die if your oponent ignores it.
Great if you can combine it next turn with Mark of the Wild.....too bad it wouldn't then resummon itself.
that was my thinking as well, because they are both very nice Barnes summons.
Army of the Dead works VERY well with this. Worst case would be that you lose the ramp cards.. chances that you summon a good minion from that are very high.
Edit: "Army of the Dead" cardword seems to be broken... here is the real 6 mana card: http://www.hearthpwn.com/cards/63049-army-of-the-dead
Sludge Belcher in wild and you got yourself some nice taunts to bring back on the field. Lets see how this deck will do if Skulking Geist removes the healing in form of Earthen Scales and what chances need to be made.

Everyone says its a bad card until you get this from Jeweled Macaw
