So in the Fandral Staghelm topic it was mentioned that the new legendary gives Druid of the Saber both charge and stealth, and it seems like a laughable combination. But then I realized that this combination has some potential, namely: Faceless Manipulator. If you dont attack with DotS, it keeps the stealth, and you can buff it so it doesnt die to AoE. Next turn you buff it even more, copy with faceless, so the faceless will also have charge, GG. Im not sure if its competitive (probably not), but I think its better than Inner Fire priest.
So the basic 2-turn kill combo is Fandral Staghelm + Druid of the Saber + Mark of Nature (+4/+4) in the first turn which leaves a 6/5 7/6 (edited, math is hard LOL) charge+stealth on the board, so its safe from Flamestrike and lesser AoE spells. Next turn you can use your remaining buffs from the deck or from Raven Idols (Mark of Y'Shaarj, Mark of the Wild, Power of the Wild, Mark of Nature, Savage Roar) + Faceless Manipulator and hit your opponent for 20-30+ damage. An Emperor Thaurissan tick certainly helps to have the mana for the buffs.
So this is how you can abuse the charge + stealth combo. :)

Cool Idea. I love when people come up with innovative combo decks. So with this deck you can either try to take risk on turn 6 or 7 with Fendral into Saber, and hope the Saber lives through AOEs or Random target effects.Or you can play it safer with a later mana turn in which you buff your saber on the same turn. I think you will often suceed with the first option if you had a good start since the opponent will likely prioritize killing Staghelm over the saber. Then you can follow up with a buff + faceless on the next turn to deal lots of face damage and put a lot of pressure on your opponent. And you will win more this way than waiting too long cause your opponent will pressure you, have more answers, and possibly play taunts as the game drags.
Fandral Staghelm not worth the hassle.
With Druid of the Saber, Mire Keeper, and Druid of the Claw it is balanced. You lose either the charge or stealth on Saber and the extra mana crystal on turn 8-10 if on curve from Mire Keeper or Nourish will provide little value if any.
You only have a 1/30 chance during your game to pull off combo. If anything other than Druid of the Claw, goodbye Fandral.
There are better charge/burst combos with Druid. In this case only Saber and Druid of the Claw would be included with Fandral, but again, its only balanced/good.
Fandral + Druid of the Flame is broken. 8/10 for 7 mana is pretty good. Wrath doing 4 dmg and draw a card for 2 mana is pretty good as well or Living Roots for 1 mana less without the draw card, even 4 saplings isnt that bad. Feral Rage could be useful, good card already.
The situations where Fandral shines is in combination with Living Roots, Power of the Wild, and discounted Wisps of the Old Gods for a token/savage roar deck. But board clears are typically a thing so all in all this guy is pretty much not worth building a deck around since he is only balanced/good. Include him in a Druid list where you run a few good value Choose One cards, sure why not, getting two cards and a 3/5 body for 5 isnt too bad.
To base a deck off a single card needs to be more polarizing aka Reno or C'Thun where the effect is strong or overpowered. A one of an okay card to give you only a balanced/good outcome is not worth basing an entire deck on. The point of any deck is to win or be silly.
Im actually pretty hyped about this deck, ill give it a try.
Maybe you can... Explain a bit? I only see 2 minions with stealth :p
Aha okay I see! Nice idea there! But you should just copy paste the explanation here to so people who don't check the forum and only check the decks (like me :p) will understand it to and give it the attention it deserves :)
