Warning: Very draw dependent. You can win some games very easily, while others you get screwed by RNG and end up feeling bummed out.
I am very thankful for all of the feedback and support!
update: Replaced 1 Ethereal Conjurer with 1Spellbender as it seems there needs to be a bit more consistency with secret draws and 2 Ethereal Conjurers seem a bit too slow

Shoutout to kiwiinbacon for this showcase!
Overview: This deck is all about using your secrets to fake out your opponents . If you are able to use your secrets in the correct way, you will be able to force your opponent into playing into them, allowing you gain a huge advantage.
Mulligan
Try to mulligan for Kabal Lackey, Babbling Book, or any secret.
Cards
Babbling Book: good one drop, can give you useful spells as well as secrets
Kabal Lackey: great card to play along with secrets, also turn one playable with a secret in hand
Mana Wyrm: great turn one card. Very powerful when combined with secrets or other early spells
Frostbolt: Versatile card, can use for early removal, or save for face
Medivh's Valet: Solid two drop, even without a secret in play, can be saved for midgame with a secret in play, for removal or face damage
Arcane Intellect: This deck runs out of cards in hand fast, so this is one of the only ways to replenish your hand, only use on turns 5+, as you cannot afford to play this and skip turn 3
Counterspell: Great secret, try to put pressure on the board to force your opponent to play a removal spell, only for them to realize that you have this in play
Mirror Entity: Probably the best secret to play in conjunction with Kabal Lackey, or Kirin Tor Mage. Pretty simple, just hope that your opponent doesn't play around it
Potion of Polymorph: Similar to Mirror Entity, this card can be very drastic to your opponent if they play into it. Only play on turn 3+, as you do not normally want to polymorph 1 or 2 drops
Ethereal Arcanist: If you have a secret in play when you play this card, it becomes a "must kill" for your opponent, or it forces them to play into your secret in order to halt this card's ability
Fireball: Solid removal, or face damage. Preferably face, as you normally kill your opponent with burst damage from your spells
Ethereal Conjurer: Solid 5 drop. Has a decent body and you can get a variety of useful spells from it for many different situations
Kabal Crystal Runner: One of the biggest minions on the deck, is very good even if you have played only 1 secret so far, as it would be a 5/5 that costs 4
Pyroblast: Great finisher. Normally you will not be able to kill your opponent without the aid of spells, and this is the most powerful in the deck. Make sure you use it when you have minions on the board as well
Azure Drake: Solid 5 drop, gives spell damage which is very helpful for your spells, as well as card draw, which is needed in this type of aggressive deck.
Ice Block: Decent by itself, can get great value when used with Medivh's Valet, Ethereal Arcanist, or Kabal Crystal Runner
Spellbender: Protects your minions who are on the board. Also can't be baited with The Coin
Possible Replacements
I loved playing this deck, but dear God did I get countered. Started at 15 0 stars, played 10 games, ended at 15 0 stars. I won twice, and one was against a quest a guy was doing with murlocs, where I almost lost sadly. Hopefully a deck like this comes back with Un'Goro, and is more consistent!
I replaced Pyroblast with Ysera. It's much more usefull against Reno Jackson and hard to remove.
Had a golden opening... opponent passed, I played Wyrm -> Coin -> Lackey -> Mirror Entity.
I'll get a copy of his first minion, and my Wyrm is already worth 3 attack!
Opponent plays Doomsayer.... "SECRET!" oh fuck
Yes! It's perfect because it will automatically add a secret to your hand, which is incredibly helpful as this deck relies on having secrets. It's also perfect when you get screwed by RNG and don't draw any of your secrets
Have a lot of fun with this deck so far, and a decent winrate, seems to be doing bad against pirate warrior though

That's a good one, IMO need some AoE (Blizzard,Volcanic Potion i think) btw, I recorded one of the matches I played with the deck, ending my opponent with a "mini combo" of 20 hitpoints, some miss play but I hope you all enjoy it

hate this deck, its annoying as fck
Appreciate the feedback dude
GJ man, rly nice deck 20 games - winrate ~90%.
I tried arcane giant but it seems like EVERYONE has a removal card.. I don't ever remember being able to attack with giant.
I dropped a Babbling Book for an AOE (Blizzard for now, may change it up) and that seems to be helping. I noticed I would lose to zoo decks who could flood the board and with no AOE it takes too long to pick them off one by one. Also a second Babbling Book seemed like a waste. It's a good card in an opening hand but when you draw it on turn 7 it's frustrating.
Love this deck. Went from rank 15 to 9 last night. Only thing I really have a problem beating are druids. They always seem to armor up just at the right time and flood the board. Anything else, I destroy.
I actually find this deck to be quite fun in comparison with some of the other decks in this current meta. Although, it is very true that it is dependent on good draws and that you easily can get screwed by RNG. With this in mind, Im thinking of changing out some of the cards for other cards with draw.
It feels like you don't need six 1-drop cards, and I'm therefore thinking of changing 1 Mana Wyrm for Bloodmage Thalnos for the extra draw as well as the extra spell damage. What do you guys think of this change?
This deck has currently taken me from rank 18 to 13 with a win ratio of about 70 %.
Thumbs up :)
Replace Bloodmage with Kirin its much better. Mana worm is quite useful for alot of reason.
Update: Rank 15 now, maintaining the 80%+ winrate.
After seeing the same decks over-and-over I really enjoy this deck. Currently 6-1 win at Rank 18.
My version is slightly adjusted (-1 Counterspell + 1 Spellbender, those really ruined some games of my opponents. and 1 Avian Watcher instead of Ethereal Arcanist. I simply didn't have the second Ethereal while I think the taunt can be a great protection when running face.
I disagree with those who question Pyroblast to be left out, this has been my win condition on 2 rounds and the loss (9 mana) ran 1 mana short from winning this one too.
The only card I might would like to add is 1x Azure Drake instead of the 2nd Kabal Crystal Runner, since the body did not really made a huge difference but the draw + spelldmg could have made the difference on those runs.
Is there a space for Archmage Antonidas?
Not so sure. There's not a lot of the cheap throw-away spells you'd use to generate a lot of fireballs after first playing him, and by turn 9 or 10 when you'd want to play him you need to be drawing your finisher spells because this deck can't outlast control decks. But, give it a try and see. Maybe take out Babbling Book or Ethereal Conjurer.
This is a good deck and is very enjoyable, however as previously stated, It lacks consistency which is expected in a deck type like this, It is certainly playable and you can win to a certain extent with it, but I believe a card like mysterious challenger for mage is needed before this deck type takes off
