Though id add this is a budget deck without expansions so as you can imagine there's lots of room for improvement with cards such as brann etc etc
Possible changes/upgrades
2x Dark Arakkoa -> 2x Ancient of War or Bog Creeper
1x Druid of the Claw -> 1x Aya Blackpaw
1x Druid of the Claw -> 1x Fandral Staghelm
not facing weapons much 1x Acidic Swamp Ooze -> 1x Raven Idol or Brann Bronzebeard
thought id say thanks for all the upvotes guys will get some screenies in of my current push with what the decks capable of over the next few days
Edit Small update https://gyazo.com/ee57cc1558f2cdc5d3355466e7e936b1 current rank so far seems to be doing ok for early season will keep updating the grind
how can I add bloodmage in it? which card can I replace for it?
Yogg-Saron, Hope's End is a very nice addition to Jade deck, if you have it crafted
how does one even play this deck?
cheers
Hi, I have Karazham adventure and i wanna ask what i should i replace for Raven Idol if it is even good. (sorry for bad english)
Hey there^^
I tried this Version of Jade Druid and got from Rank 12 to Rank 8 with only 4 Losses.
Pretty solid Deck.
I had both Druid of the Claw replaced, like you've suggested, with Fandral Staghelm & Aya Blackpaw.
And i had replaced both [card]Dark Arakkoa[/card] for Bog Creeper.
Also, instead of replacing the Acidic Swamp Ooze for Brann Bronzebeard,
i replaced 1x Living Roots for him.
Works pretty good :D
Thanx <3
Yeah, you're right.
I felt, that the Acidic Swamp Ooze is more useful, then a second Living Roots.
And Brann Bronzebeard is really good to generate Tempo. So that's why i swapped him in.
Also he's cycling out in a few Weeks and i want to play him just because i'm gonna miss him in Standard once the Year of the Mammoth arrives :D
Maybe i'm really dumb, but I can't get past rank 18. I haven't played in a couple of years, I came back recently and just made this deck last night. What am I supposed to do against quick/aggro decks? I feel like in most matches, by the time I have enough mana to play good cards I'm already at mid-low health, then I have to spend most of my turns removing minions, so my Jades don't "grow" fast at all, so it's really hard to get control of the board again, specially without having big removers or much aoe besides Swipe. Any suggestions or tips would help. Thanks! (Sorry if my english is bad)
I'ts interesting to experiment with budget decks sometimes to get a better idea of the quality of the cards cards that are missing. In this case I'm referring mostly to Bran, Fandral and Aya. The deck still performs reasonably well without Fandral and maybe Bran but i really noticed the difference when playing without Aya Blackpaw. The Jade concept works without Aya but if you're really interested in investing more time into Jade Druid then i definitely recommend crafting her (or saving up the dust to do so).
The deck still performed pretty well regardless and if you want to check out a few games that i played I've linked the video below :).
Hey guys, i'm a jade player aswell, i'd like your opinion. I have ONiK and i've placed giants in my deck and most of the time i regret it. Usually the aggro decks just rip my taunts and then giants either come too late for me to generate value or they don't come at all. What do u think about 'em? And ye, upvote for the author. ☺
I've been playing like so many games now, and in like long term matches against like reno decks ye they are fine, none of those reno decks have so many answers for big minions, but in when u play against aggro like pirates and those they are just way too late, and they barely generate any value...Wish someone else joins this, could use some tips :D
Yeah, i've tried Arcane Giant instead of [card]Dark Arakkoa[/card]...
But Pirates are going to destroy you without Taunt-Minions xD
So, i just go with the Bog Creeper instead. (Don't have Ancient of War Q_Q)
And you're ramping up so fast, with a little lack of Card draw, that it isn't so bothersome to play 7 Mana Minions instead of the possible lowcost Giants x'D
Hey! Thanks for the deck! Kinda new to jades, mostly played priest (dragons)
Innkeeper data public. Any suggestions on what I can add or replace from what I have? I replaced arakoa with arc giants for now.
which card should i replace for Brann instead?
How good is ooze in this deck? And wouldn't Bog Creeper be better in the deck? You already have a 6 mana taunt against aggro and Bog is better against jades IMO. And I have added a naturalize instead of the usual mulch. It is a lot worse, but I goes in the budget theme. I have very few druid cards and am a f2p player that has always wanted to familiarise himself with this matchup.
Any chance on mulligans? Currently I'm on a win streak with this deck at rank 12. Aggro seems pretty straight forward. Mulligan for early removal (living roots, wrath, jade idol for early jades) and I'm starting to suspect mirror matchup is more of a tempo game than a control one. I used to keep nourish in my opening hand, but it seems weak. I played dragon priest last session and that seemed to do well against druids, but haven't really seem it from the other side. Any tips? I suspect that is a board control game, with mulliganing for jade blossoms, and jade idols. Would you keep wild growth against them? And would you cycle second idol or use it for tempo? I never saw a fatigue match vs jade druid as dragon priest.
Reno decks are almost an autowin. And haven't seen any aggro shaman lately. Jade shaman just seems to be board control and play around aoe.
Have I missed anything? Any tips? What rank are you at with this deck? BTW congrats on the deck. I have been able to beat the non-budget mirror version which means the deck is very good :)
I've been meeting my nemesis alot lately (rouge). Always lose against them and always lose when I play it. Feels bad when they stealth the authioneer and them expole with a big edwin the following turn (turn 7)
Although I crafted Aya recently, it`s still a good budget deck, I`m gonna try it.
decks with 1x legendary still count as budget tbh, only one legend for a deck is not that hard to craft
Absolutely phenomenal deck. Just started using it already 7-1
*Edit: Currently 27-11 and have achieved rank 10
